Come and join us for a social evening showcasing the challenges and successes of reusing and repurposing GALVANISE in Bethnal Green, London.

GALVANISE is a revitalised three-storey, 1970’s concrete framed warehouse doubled in massing by a three-storey lightweight steel and timber extension. The existing structure, façade and foundations were all retained, with ’endoskeleton’ columns used to support the extension while strengthening the existing building, both in terms of load capacity and robustness.

There will be some introductory talks, and then the opportunity to have a nose around the building and see what’s been achieved.
