Join us for a session exploring how existing buildings can be upgraded, adapted and kept in use, rather than knocked down and replaced.
We’ll hear about structural engineering approaches to rehabilitation, from assessing what’s actually there to deciding what can be retained, strengthened or reused in place. Alongside this, we’ll hear real world case studies from projects that have taken this route: what worked, what didn’t, and what it took to get there, from early feasibility through to completion on site.
